Dajana Kmieć graduated from law at University of Bialystok in 2018, in 2019 she became a member of the District Law Council in Bialystok and in 2022 she started her individual practice as an attorney.She started gaining professional experience in 2015 at Centre of Litigation Practices. A year later she joined the Court Watch Foundation in Poland and started cooperation with M. Głębicki, J. Kołodko, T. Śliwiński Law Firm with which she has been involved since 2018.Within the scope of her expertise there is criminal law, criminal enforcement and misdemeanours. She represents defendants as well as victims of the crimes, also in cases of private prosecution, always putting client’s interest first. Moreover, Dajana Kmieć handles disputes with banks representing borrowers on every stage of proceeding: complaint, litigation and charge execution. She in a specialist in handling cases concerning Swiss franc loans. Dajana provides suport and effective legal solutions adjusted to individual needs in the range of civil and banking law.
