About the attorney
Agnieszka Perkowska graduated from law at University of Bialystok in 2019 and since 2020 she is a member of the District Law Council in Bialystok. She started her individual practise as an attorney in 2023, however her professional experience goes back to 2015 when she got hired in the joint-stock company’s law department. Agnieszka has been operating continuously with M. Głębicki, J. Kołodko, T. Śliwiński Law Firm since 2019.The scope of her activity covers criminal law, criminal enforcement and misdemeanours. She represents defendants as well as victims of the crimes. She also leads cases of so called economic crimes in which entrepreneur is the aggrieved party and there is a need of defending his interests as a private prosecutor. In addition, Agnieszka Perkowska handles cases of consumer’s bankruptcy representing clients at every stage of insolvency proceeding, starting with a petition for bankruptcy throughout cooperation with an official receiver and realisation of a reimbursement plan. On top of that, she represents clients in enforcement proceedings and negotiates settlements to avoid assets liquidation.Agnieszka Perkowska is fluent in English. In her free time she likes to read detective stories and visit foreign countries. Privately a dog lover.
